Description :
The Möhne Reservoir — or Moehne Reservoir
is an artificial lake in North Rhine-Westphalia,
some 45 km east of Dortmund, Germany.
The lake is formed by the damming of two rivers,
Möhne and Heve, and with its four basins stores
as much as 135 million cubic metres of water.
The dam was built between 1908 and 1913 to help control floods,
regulate water levels on the Ruhr river downstream,
and generate hydropower.
Today, the lake is also a tourist attraction.

The peony is a flowering plant in the genus Paeonia,
the only genus in the family Paeoniaceae.
They are native to Asia, Southern Europe and Western
North America. Boundaries between species are not
clear and estimates of the number of species range from 25 to 40.
Most are herbaceous perennial plants 0.5–1.5 metres (1.6–4.9 ft) tall,
but some resemble trees 1.5–3 metres (4.9–9.8 ft) tall.
They have compound, deeply lobed leaves and large,
often fragrant, flowers, ranging from red to white or yellow,
in late spring and early summer.

Description :
The Marksburg (seen from the western riverside of the Rhine)
is a fortress above the town of Braubach in
Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany.
It is located on a schist rock in a heigth of 160 m.
It is the only medieval castle of the Middle Rhine
that has never been destroyed.
Since 2002, the castle is one of the principal sites
of the UNESCO World Heritage Rhine Gorge.
